Colchester United’s on-loan goalkeeper Owen Goodman could feature for England U20s again this evening, when they host Portugal at Stadium MK.
Goodman played the full ninety minutes for the Young Lions in last week’s 2-0 defeat against Romania in their opening Men’s Euro Elite match.
But the shotstopper will be hoping for a more positive result this evening, when England host Portugal in the second of two internationals over the last few days.
The game takes place at Stadium MK with at 7:00pm as the Young Lions aim for their first points on the board.
England would leapfrog their opponents in the standings with a win, with Portugal’s only points in the tournament so far coming with a 2-1 win against Romania a month ago.
Everyone at Colchester United would like to wish Owen, and his England teammates the best of luck in this evening’s fixture.
